This is mostly prep work for a playlist persistence feature, the queue has been modified so it now knows about the currently playing episode so it will be able to save and restore that along with the other queued episodes once there's an API available for it. Will also be handy down the road when the ability to add a podcast feed from the playlist is added.

  • playlist now shows currently playing episode at the top
  • hitting "play now" on another queued item will cause the currently playing episode to be re-queued instead of just disappearing
