I'd like to make each full series available as a podcast feed, so that it could be loaded into a podcast fetcher (either a desktop application or Android/iPhone app) and let the user download and play entire series locally on their computer or device. It would make for a nice device-native way of accessing the shows without me needing to maintain my own mobile apps.

Since this feature could potentially result in some pretty hefty data transfers (many series are several GB in size) I am thinking this feature might have to be behind some kind of paywall (like Patreon or something similar), and possibly rate limited to discourage someone downloading the whole 400+ GB library at once.
